Buddha Belly Doulas

Learn the life saving skills of Infant CPR to keep your baby safe. This class will also cover what to do in the event of choking or a mild to severe airway blockage.

Skills are taught in a dynamic group environment using the American Heart Association’s research-proven practice-while-watching technique, which provides students with the most hands-on CPR practice time possible.

The class fee covers registration for you and your partner. Each couple will also be provided a book to take home.

Students will do hands-on practice and have plenty of time for questions as well.
